Summary This position serves as the manager of the agency's Contract Property and Transportation Branch within the Property Operations organization, Aviation Property Management Directorate. Responsibilities The incumbent provides leadership for the Federal Aviation's personal property management operations covering locations throughout the country. Responsibilities include managing a comprehensive personal property management operations program and associated customer support activities that provide services to program offices and personal property managers for the accountable (owned and leased) FAA assets. Managerial duties include; communicating the organization's vision and objectives, setting priorities, assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring and evaluating performance of staff, coaching ad developing staff, and organizational capabilities, approving leave, and taking or approving corrective/disciplinary actions, as appropriate.
