Program Manager V - Compensation Initiative

In this role, the Program Manager V will manage a high-visibility compensation initiative, ensuring alignment among business stakeholders, HR teams, and engineering. You'll utilize your consulting experience and communication skills to drive project success, handle requirements gathering, and maintain operational excellence while navigating challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and assign action items
• Identify and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
• Partner with HR, Engineering, and Compensation teams for alignment
• Document and maintain essential project artifacts
Requirements:
