Program Manager

Capco is seeking an experiencedProgram Manager to lead the deployment planning and execution of a major Cards product launch and portfolio conversion initiative. This newly created role will oversee end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring successful delivery across product launch, platform conversion, and production implementation.

Working across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams, you will own the integrated deployment strategy, coordinate complex conversion activities, manage delivery risks, and ensure operational readiness through every phase of implementation.
