Location: Bangalore (regular travel to Chennai and Hyderabad required;
periodic travel to Delhi NCR for leadership alignment)
About the role
Aatm Nirbhar Learning is scaling a flagship partnership with a leading gig/last-mile platform to onboard, train, and activate women delivery executives across multiple cities. This role builds the team from the ground up, owns the partner relationship end-to-end, and carries full P&L accountability for the program — revenue against partner payouts, cost against budget, and margin.
