Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead medium-to-large scale Firmware, Firmware Solutions, and Embedded Systems programs. The successful candidate will act as the primary customer-facing leader, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, governance, and predictable execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Program Leadership Governance

• Oversee delivery alignment to client expectations of firmware, firmware solutions and AI-enabled embedded programs using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.

• Be the Single point of Contact for the programs, aligning the onshore and offshore teams to the client’s roadmaps and priorities

• Define clear program and team-level roadmaps, aligning deliverables to strategic objectives and KPIs.

• Establish strong governance: track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans; take corrective action on deviations...
