Montaplast of North America's, manufacturing operation in Hermosillo, Mexico seeks an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams throughout the complete program lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of assigned automotive programs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary customer contact for all program-related activities and issues. Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of program development, launch, and production. Ensure program objectives related to cost, quality, timing, performance, tooling, and engineering budgets are achieved. Monitor project timelines, risks, action plans, issue tracking, and launch readiness activities.
