Program manager

Drive program planning, execution, tracking, governance, and successful delivery across initiatives. Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for program alignment and execution. Manage delivery timelines, scope, budgets, risk, and resource planning across projects. Ensure smooth execution of banking applications, digital transformation, integration, migration, or modernization programs. Monitor program KPIs, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to ensure overall program health. Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting. Oversee Agile delivery processes, sprint governance, release planning, and production rollouts.
