My client is a global investment firm is looking for a Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across technology and business teams, ensuring flawless delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end project delivery across multi-disciplinary teams Remove roadblocks and proactively resolve issues and bottlenecks Act as the glue between Engineering, QA, Quant, Platform, and Business Units Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently Align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals and customer needs Champion Agile – facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement Manage risks and escalate critical issues with urgency and clarity Implement KPIs and metrics to drive team efficiency and accountability. Manage key stakeholders in the firm.
