Program Manager, SCM Domain Cross Program Support

Overview

TISTA is hiring a Program Manager to support the broader SCM Domain across cross program operations, customer engagement, and the SCM adjacent product lines that fall outside IMM and the core DSO factory. This role serves as the operational glue across the SCM Domain, supporting the VP of SCM Domain in running domain wide operations, capture support, partner coordination, and delivery oversight on smaller or emerging SCM efforts.
This is a high visibility role for a seasoned federal program manager who brings deep VA supply chain customer knowledge, national program experience, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders, contracts, and product lines simultaneously. The Program Manager works closely with the SCM DSO Program Director, the SCM Senior Program Manager, and TISTA's Growth, Capture, and Partner teams to ensure the SCM Domain runs cohesively and continues to grow.
