**GENERAL OVERVIEW**

This role operates in a hybrid model (T,W,TH) for employees residing within 50 miles of the corporate office.

This role is responsible for defining, prioritizing, implementing, and delivering complex pharmacy programs that require cross-functional collaboration and coordination across multiple projects and related initiatives. The position is accountable for achieving program objectives within scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints while managing moderate levels of risk and interdependencies. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong business acumen, a deep understanding of pharmacy delivery systems, pricing strategies, and product landscapes, and broad knowledge of all pharmacy business segments, including self-funded pharmacy.
