Program Manager

Position Summary

Direct and manage all aspects of programs within the ALT Department. Manage the delivery of ALT courses and technology. Develop and implement new policies and procedures to help deliver ALT online courses and manage ALT course sites. Liaise with offices throughout the University, including student services, registrar, bursar, financial aid, etc. Manage enrollment and registration processes. Manage and coordinate faculty appointments and ALT course set-up in collaboration with the ALT department. Manage vendor(s) to implement continuous improvement of course sites, delivery, and student experience. Work with students to answer questions, solve issues, and gather feedback.
