We are seeking a Program Manager to support the launch and expansion of new customer-facing delivery offerings within Amazon's Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery network. This role sits at the intersection of operations, science, tech, and customer experience — driving new speed and precision capabilities from pilot through network-wide scale. You will be responsible for ensuring new offerings launch on time, meet operational performance targets, and deliver measurable customer value. This is a high-visibility role that requires comfort operating in ambiguity, managing cross-functional dependencies, and translating operational complexity into clear execution plans.
