This builder will serve as the connective tissue between our key regional programs, regional leadership, and the global teams that power engagement at scale. Operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts, you will shape the builder experience from Day One onboarding through ongoing internal communications and engagements.

• New Hire Engagement & Local Cluster Support • Own the Day One experience for new builders across APJC, partnering with a distributed network of local cluster POCs to deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding journey
• Manage onboarding introductions to local cluster leaders and ensure seamless hand-offs from global programs to regional execution
