Program Manager I

**Job Description**
The BAE Systems Navigation and Sensor Systems (NSS) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the end-to-end strategy, lifecycle, and revenue growth of our current and next generation of GPS/GNSS receivers. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and will lead the charge in driving hardware sales to prime contractors and allied military forces This role will also lead efforts throughout the program life cycle including new business capture and managing small- to medium-sized development efforts as well working with the factory to ensure sales are met and deliveries are on time. The candidate will act as the crucial bridge between engineering, manufacturing, and defense customers, ensuring our solutions meet rigorous mission requirements.
