ABOUT THE ROLE
A high-bandwidth strategic partner and execution engine operating directly alongside Co-Founder — translating ambiguous, high-level vision across corporate strategy, marketplace dynamics, EPR growth, and capital allocation into scalable corporate reality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Program Management
Own, orchestrate, and drive critical multi-functional initiatives initiated by the Co-Founder
Maintain full alignment across Business Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Engineering
Business Diagnostics & Insights
Deep-dive into complex datasets governing the marketplace ecosystem
Identify operational bottlenecks and track company-wide OKRs
Build performance visibility frameworks for executive leadership
Special Incubation & Pilots
Design, launch, and optimize new business pilots or strategic geo-expansions
Drive early-stage market validation from scratch before transitioning operations to business unit heads
