Description
The IT Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of senior project managers and project managers to successfully deliver a portfolio of work across OhioHealth care sites. The portfolio of work includes complex, cross functional system implementations, digital transformations, infrastructure modernization, facility expansions, and cybersecurity programs which align to OhioHealth’s strategic goals. Working closely with care site operational leadership, clinical stakeholders, physicians, vendor partners, and IT leadership, the IT program manager is responsible for management, oversight, and delivery of the full portfolio of projects. This includes staffing allocation and assignment of portfolio work, management of individual contributor project managers, management of interdependencies among projects, and adherence to overall portfolio governance.
