Program Manager, Business & Technology Portfolio Enablement

The **Business & Technology** **Portfolio Enablement** team works to align IT Strategy with Business Strategy. Critical functions for the team include supporting the idea/project intake processes and facilitating the forecasts of capital, human resources, and infrastructure needed to support the evolving project portfolio. The team works with project portfolio tools and capacity reporting to provide insights and orchestrate the broader portfolio to maximize implementation delivery.

As the **Program** **Manager of Business & Technology Portfolio Enablement** , you will lead alignment between business priorities and technology delivery. You will be a partner with senior leadership to shape portfolio direction, optimize investment and capacity planning, and improve enterprise delivery outcomes through governance, insight, and operating model maturity. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.
