The Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs from initial scope definition through manufacturing and delivery. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Sales, Vendors, and Customers to ensure accurate cost estimates, robust schedules, and well-defined bills of materials. The Program Manager monitors program performance, prepares and delivers customer presentations, and ensures that all program milestones are met on time and within scope in a dynamic aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

+ Assist in the development and review of Statements of Work (SOW) for potential programs to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, and requirements.
