What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, I, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with outsourcing or vendor-led projects.
- Spoken and written English.
Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty.
- Proven ability to manage international teams and navigate cross-cultural communication.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
