We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Business Program Management Office (BPMO) team.

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role within Canada Operations & Business Enablement (COBE)’s BPMO, supporting the delivery, planning, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives. This individual will lead end-to-end program delivery practices that integrate people, processes, and technology to meet business objectives and deliver results aligned with COBE priorities.

Success in this role will include providing an initial assessment and recommendation on incoming initiatives (problem statement, value, feasibility, dependencies, and delivery approach), ensuring business impact, needs, and features are properly understood.
