The Opportunity

Provide support to all phases of the program management life cycle for a Navy client program office, as direct support to NAVWAR clients. Specific tasks will include but are not limited to formulating analysis of a program strategy and overall program planning, monitoring task execution, including external contractual performance, and identifying and mitigating program risks. Support the management of all financial and congressional program budget documents, such as language and schedule, analyze financial execution reports, and provide output of analysis on regular basis to clients, such as develop spend plans, annualize appropriation phasing plans, and Program Objective Memorandum.
