Program Implementation Manager - Construction

**Description**

The Program Implementation Manager will support utility, industrial, and infrastructure owners in strengthening their organizational and process readiness for capital program success. Partnering with Senior Program Implementation Managers, they will manage the proposal development through final reporting as well as supporting program implementations and PMO services as needed. They will provide expertise and oversight to a team of project managers, engineers, project controls professionals and support lines of business managers for the day-to-day execution of the overall program and individual project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation management, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to successfully execute the overall program.
