Position Description
invites applicants for an inaugural Program Director for a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree with a concentration in Orthotics and Prosthetics Assistant in the CAAHEP) upon recommendation of the National Commission on Orthotics and Prosthetics Education (NCOPE). The program is tentatively slated to begin in Fall with its first cohort of students and faculty.This is a full-time 9-month position with summer employment, a non-tenured line Clinical Open Rank faculty appointment, and includes teaching and service responsibilities with release time provided for administrative duties.
The Orthotics and Prosthetics Assistant program is an accelerated online program. The Director reports to the Dean of the College of Health Professions.
