What will you be doing?
As a Program Coordinator, you will facilitate and manage various processes specific to the client within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers. Duties include:
Key Activities could include:
- Support end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, assignment management, time & expense processing, and offboarding across APAC stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers, ensuring consistent communication and alignment via email, phone, and meetings
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings where required, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers through the VMS
