Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PROGRAM ANALYST (T5), Position Description Number T5181000 and is part of the AL SAAO, National Guard. ORGANIZATION: JFHQ/SAOH SELECTING OFFICIAL: COL D. CRENSHAW ** THIS POSITION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT ALARNG TITLE 5 TECHNICIANS ** Responsibilities 1. Reviews, evaluates and analyzes obligations and expenditures. Prepares aviation summaries from reports submitted by subordinate AASFs (Army Aviation Support Facilities). Summarizes and interprets significant data collected and relates this data to aviation plans, standards and actions; identifies and analyzes deficiencies in resource consumption, training, workload and scheduling, and evaluates deviations from standards, plans and estimates to determine cause and impact on aviation mission.
