Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Incumbent serves as an expert Program Analyst and consultant to the Commander of US European Command(EUCOM) and component commands on behalf of the Director of Exercises and Assessments (J7). Responsibilities Maintain the command readiness program, to include overseeing plans and critically evaluating and coordinating all staff interactions. Provide staff direction and guidance for program management. Maintain cognizance over and liaisons with the entire command DRRS enterprise, as well as knowledge and awareness of the specific areas assigned to the subordinate components. Conduct readiness (e.g. Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) training informally, formally through office visits, and hosts/teaches DRRS operational employment courses. Develop recommendations to resolve or mitigate readiness problems, implement new directives, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
