PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller (OASN (FM&C)) of ASN. Responsibilities You will be responsible for a portfolio of weapons operating and support costs, which may include a mix of ships, submarines, aircraft, weapons, and personnel. You will be responsible for oversight and direction of contractor resources in carrying out the duties of the functional lead for an assigned portfolio. You will direct and oversee contractor resources performing functional lead support duties for your assigned portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely performance, quantity, and quality of work by these professionals, and for reviewing, accepting, amending, or rejecting their work.
