Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Reviews, analyzes, and provides oversight of financial management documents and directives from higher echelons to implement Department of War (DoW), Department of the Army (DA), and United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Humanitarian Assistance (HA) and Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) operations, activities, and investments (OAI). Responsibilities Conducts comprehensive evaluations of Humanitarian Assistance (HA) and Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) initiatives to measure program efficiency and strategic alignment. Reviews, tracks, and provides expert oversight of financial management documents and investments funded under the OHDACA appropriation. Develops and implements internal control systems to ensure the proper execution, management, and safeguarding of HA and HMA funds.
