PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR STATION. Responsibilities You will analyze budget, staffing resources, and organization structure to determine the most efficient procedure for integrating these resources. You will assess requests for manpower or resources to determine the most efficient allocation. You will discuss contract procurement procedures or processes to facilitate timely program operations. You will perform process mapping using cost baseline tools to identify opportunities to increase efficiency or reduce costs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
