Program Analysis Officer

Summary The incumbent is assigned to the Office of the Managing Director and reports to the Chief Data Officer. The incumbent is responsible for agencywide business process management, process improvement, program evaluation, operational analysis, and organizational performance support across the enterprise. The incumbent leads efforts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of agency processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend changes aligned with agency priorities.
