+ Provide scientific and application support across diagnostic portfolios.
+ Deliver customer training, workshops, and educational programs.
+ Support method validation, verification, and evaluation.
+ Develop educational materials.
+ Participate in customer meetings, scientific discussions, and advisory activities.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, and Global teams.
+ Monitor industry trends, clinical guidelines
