Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end lifecycle of dashboard/report development, including stakeholder interfacing, requirement gathering, solution design, communication during development, UAT leadership, troubleshooting, resolution, and end‑user engagement (communication and education).
• Implementation and management of cross‑functional performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver insights that drive significant impact and value through data‑driven decisions across the business.
• Planning and delivery of analysis to operational management, including root‑cause analysis, impact assessment, identification of process improvement opportunities, and packaging complex and ambiguous information into actionable insights.
• Leverage data and information structure to ensure a single source of truth.
• Improve data availability by acting as a subject‑matter expert between cross‑functional teams.
