Job Description
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performance teams through personal development planning, setting rational performance objectives, and providing timely feedback and performance assessments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales goals.
- Plan and execute business development activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Coach and develop employees to proactively identify client product and service needs and deliver on business sales, advice strategies and individual goals.
