**PRODUCTION WORKER- WEEKLY PAY- START ASAP**
**PAY: $24-$37/hour**
**LOCATION:** Hawarden, IA
**HOURS:** Various Shifts Available
The Production Worker sets up and operates CNC milling and lathe machinery to produce high-quality parts, assists with material loading, performs tool changes and equipment offsets, and conducts precise quality inspections. This role also supports general fabrication, assembly, and wiring tasks while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area in a modern manufacturing environment.

+ Perform tool changes and adjust machine offsets to ensure accurate machining.
