**Job Description**
This role focuses on producing high-quality rubber components by performing trimming, inspection, gluing, and molding tasks in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. You will work with small parts, operate machinery, and follow standardized procedures to ensure each part meets strict quality standards, primarily supporting rubber seal production for aerospace applications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Trim excess rubber from parts to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
+ Inspect parts carefully for defects and irregularities, ensuring only conforming products move forward in the process.
+ Apply glue into grooves of parts using small brushes, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
