**Production Technician**

**Provides production support. May perform minor equipment adjustments**

**Day shift i.e. 7am - 3:30pm/5:30pm/7:30pm, Monday Friday, occassional Saturday and/or Sunday**
**5%-10%, Mid shift i.e. 3pm - 11:30pm/1:30am, Monday Friday, occassional Saturday and/or Sunday**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**• Operate machinery and equipment in production areas.**

**• Move and organize materials within the production area.**

**• Maintain a clean and orderly production environment.**

**• Adhere to company and client policies and procedures.**

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**
**• Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operations**
**• Ability to safely perform duties in timely fashion while maintaining seed quality**
**• Ability to work independently or with a team**
