**Job Title: Production Packaging and Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on preparing outbound shipments by packaging and palletizing materials, operating forklifts to move products within and outside the facility, and accurately documenting activities using computer systems. You will work as part of a packaging team in a glass bead manufacturing environment, handling materials up to 50 lbs while following strict safety and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare outbound shipments by packaging and palletizing materials according to order requirements.
+ Operate forklifts safely to move products around the packing floor and to the warehouse.
