- Maintaining safety, quality and production standards is a must
- Ability to lead a group of 20 or more personnel (Full time and temporary employees)
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Monitor team performance and reports
- Motivate team members
- Oversee, sustain, and develop operations in the training room
- Resolve any issues or conflicts

- Must adhere to company policies
- Must be able to adapt and adhere to company changes and needs
- Must be willing to stay in the Lead position for a minimum of 3 years
