We are currently recruiting for a Production Section / Team Leader to join a cable joining and accessory manufacturer supplying to the rail and electric energy industries based in Rochester.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on experience and knowledge, working rotating shifts of 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for supervising a small production team whilst ensuring machinery, plant and processes are running safely and efficiently. You'll be expected to react quickly to production issues, minimise downtime and help maintain continuous production.
