Vacancy Description
Due to continued company expansion and growth, our established and thriving client is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the production and assembly area while leading, motivating and supporting a small team.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse & Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are achieved, quality standards are maintained and KPI targets are met. This role requires someone who is happy to lead by example, working alongside the team carrying out production, assembly and machine operating duties as required.
This is a full-time position, and our client is looking to recruit on either a permanent or temporary-to-permanent basis, depending on the successful candidate's availability.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (fully onsite)
