Manage and promote all aspects of Health and Safety associated with the production process, in line with company standard and current Health and Safety legislation.In conjunction with the Operations Director discuss and agree targets and formulate production plans.Ensure the production plan, product/process specifications and product quality are maintained at all times.Manage, and report regularly to the Operations Director, the operational effectiveness of the department.Provide input, for inclusion in the local Investment plan, to the Operations Director on possible plant improvement opportunities.Ensure compliance with company Quality system.Ensure compliance with company Environmental system.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and risk assessments for all tasks carried out within area of responsibility.Act as an internal observer for the Company's Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety ...
