It’s an exciting time to be part of the IFF Operations team at our Cape Town location! We have a great opportunity within our Manufacturing team, supporting Nourish (ingredients) Operations.

As the Production Team Leader, your main role is to lead the Production team to achieve output while maintaining safety & food safety standards. Achieving all goals set for production with the assistance of support functions and never compromising the culture & value principles set out by the company. 

Job Requirements

• Min of Matric 
• Min 5 years’ experience in production, preferably Food Industry
• Technical experience required (min NQF4)
• Sound knowledge of different machinery & repair thereof 
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• Computer literacy
• Good communication skills – Written & Spoken
• Good Organizational skills
