Production Team Lead - Second Shift

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Production Team Leader at MKS, you will partner with Methuen production. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor.


You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases
+ Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements
+ Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules
+ Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function
+ Observe employees and escalate production issues to supervisor


Skills You Bring:
+ Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred
+ Able to work second shift hours: 3:30pm - 12am, and overtime as needed
+ Excel, and preferably Oracle
+ Good communication skills
+ 6+ years of related experie...
