Job Description

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and internal rules and regulations.
• Conduct stock counts and oversee stock arrangement.
• Supervise the baking and mixing of nuts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
