Production Team Lead

Production Team Leadbased on 2 cycle (Days & Evenings) shift. Salary 45000 + Shift Team Lead role would have around 12 people will be led by the successful candidate. - A two-cycle swing shift: 8.00am to 16.00 and 16.00 to 24.00 Monday to Friday every second week. Job Purpose Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the production team to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant manufacture of products. The role focuses on achieving production targets while maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC). The Team Lead will provide frontline leadership, coaching and support to production operators while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
