Production Team Lead: Drive Quality, Efficiency & Training

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a proactive Team Leader to guide production associates to meet targets with quality and efficiency. You will monitor quality, lead daily meetings, and coordinate assembly across areas while driving process improvements and new model introductions.

You will ensure equipment uptime, train staff, support onboarding, and promote safety, 5S, and strong housekeeping standards while partnering with management on staffing and performance reviews.
