Job Summary
General labor in the plant working in various areas. Setup, operate and use the following tools: deburr grinders, impact gun, overhead crane and forklift. Also, use of black oxide and acid solution to preserve parts.
Responsibilities and Duties
+ Plans work from shop orders for a variety of production runs on designated types of the less complex parts for Tulsa products. Follows specific instructions and detailed blueprints.
+ Inspects parts for conformity to specifications, uses precision measuring equipment, and records readings on OIR (Operator Inspection Record)
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
+ Performs minor maintenance and servicing of tools such as the daily cleaning and oiling of equipment.
+ Furnishes own hand tools and precision measuring instruments that are necessary to perform assigned duties.
