Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Support Specialist to provide 24x7 support for critical enterprise applications including ECIF, EPM, ERDP/RDM, and EAS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, ETL processes, SQL querying, incident management, and application monitoring in enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring APIs and batch jobs, and collaborating with development and business teams to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.
