• Take ownership of L3 incident resolution via ServiceNow
• Use Splunk for extensive log analysis and performance correlation
• Monitor application health, batch jobs, and job schedules
• Document defects in JIRA/JTFM and ensure RCA follow-up
• Conduct defect triage calls for issue alignment
