Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Application Production Support Analyst to support critical Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) applications within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for multiple business-critical applications and will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, incident resolution, production support, change management, and continuous operational improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Application Production Support experience, a solid understanding of Asset Finance & Securitization business processes, Commercial Lending and Mortgage domain knowledge, and expertise supporting enterprise applications in a 24x7 production environment.
